Summer Fun Card

Hi Guys, well it has been such a fabulous summer that I find myself inspired to create a gorgeous Summer Fun Card. This particular card I made using my favourite summer colours – all of them lol, a fabulous rainbow of bright colours provided by the gorgeous echo park paper pack and of course those gorgeous puffy felt stickers. I  just have to say these have to be some of my most fav stickers ever. Don’t know why I just love them.

To make the card I took an A6 Kraft card base and stamped and embossed it using white embossing powder and Pink By Design dotty background stamp. I took three different pieces of paper from the pack and cut into rectangles with graduating curved tops that gradually got lower with each different piece of paper. The patterns were all quite strong but if you look closely at the photos you can just see the different layers.  Next I added faux stitching around all the edges of the card and my patterned paper. After that I attached my little flag that I created using some complimentary paper and had stamped with some fun letter stamps I had. I’m afraid I don’t know the name of them sorry 🙁  To finish I added the puffy flowers and puffy dotty letters.

And just to add that little something something I added a gorgeous shimmery gold kraft envelope 🙂
